Terms & Conditions:

  1. This Promotional Competition (“Competition”) is organised by Sizzler House and/or their designated agencies (collectively ‘’Promoters’’).
  2. To receive this prize, participants must post a photo of their best Sizzler House meal to the Sizzler House Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SizzlerHouse) or Twitter by tagging @sizzlerhouseksa (https://twitter.com/sizzlerhouseksa) or Instagram by tagging @sizzlerhouseksa (https://instagram.com/sizzlerhouseksa). Participants must also include #SizzlerHouseBest.
  3. The Competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of Saudi Arabia, except any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the Promoters and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant of or person indirectly or directly in control or controlled by the Promoters, their advertising agencies, advisers, dealers and suppliers, its affiliates and/or associated companies (“Disqualified Persons”).
  4. By entering the Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoters, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters reasonably deem necessary.
  5. The Competition commences on 04 August 2017 and ends on 31 August 2017 both days inclusive.
  6. Participants stand a chance to win a Sizzler House experience worth 300 SR. (“Prize”).
  7. By entering into this competition you give Sizzler House permission to use your photos as part of their marketing collateral.
  8. Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish provided they post a new photo each time and follow the entry mechanics.
  9. The winner will be asked for their full name, mobile number, email address and closest store. Winners will then be notified when they can claim their prize at their chosen Sizzler House.
  10. Entries which are unclear, illegible, submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism, contain errors or are from Disqualified Persons will be declared invalid.
  11. The Prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute Prizes with any other prize of comparable commercial value.
  12. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of these Competition rules, the Promoters’ decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  13. All participants and the winner, as the case may be, indemnify the Promoters, their advertising agencies, advisers, nominated agents, suppliers and its affiliates and/or associated companies against any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of and/or from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition (including, as a result of any act or omission, whether as a result of gross negligence, misrepresentation, misconduct or otherwise on the part of the Promoters) and/or use of the Prize.
  14. By entering the competition, the participants agree that the promoters can identify, photograph and publish them as the winner on their digital platforms which can include, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram as well as the Website.
  15. Should any winner refuse or be unable to comply with the stipulated rules for any reason, such winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and it shall revert back to the Promoters.
